WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAND BOOKING?

The stand price includes:

  • Basic Shell Scheme -  Contractor GES . Please click  here  for an example of the basic shell scheme.
  • Carpet -  Contractor GES
  • 500 w Power Socket -  Contractor BIll Moule & Sons
  • 5 Foot Fluorescent Tube (plus an additional socket/tube for each additional 9 sq metres booked) -  Contractor BIll Moule & Sons
  • Unlimited Exhibitor representative passes
  • Publicity Material for distribution
  • An entry in the Exhibition Catalogue
  • Access to the Conference Sessions (one registration which includes access to the conference sessions is included per every 9 metre squared booked-this will only have the company name on it so that it can be passed around all representatives)
  • The Facility to run workshops - one free workshop is offered to RMS Corporate Members
  • Free WiFi in the Exhibition Hall
  • Opportunity to attend the Congress Banquet 
  • Post-event lists of Conference Delegates and Exhibition Visitors

Exhibitors can also request space only and install their own booth. In this case the following documents are required:

  • H&S Declaration (see attached)
  • Full technical stand plans, incorporating all dimensions, elevations and weight loadings 
  • Stand visuals where possible
  • Non generic risk assessment 
  • Non generic method statement
  • Copy of your Public Liability Insurance, in date at the time of the event
  • Any other relevant information regarding any aspect of the design/construction phases
