Biography:
Francisco de la Peña got his Ph.D in Physics at Paris-Sud University in 2010. He was a postdoctoral fellow at CEA Grenoble (2010-2011) and since 2011 he is a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Cambridge. He is particularly interested in the application and development of innovative data analysis methods for electron microscopy data analysis. He is the creator of Hyperspy, a community-maintained open-source programme for interactive data analysis of multidimensional datasets.
