Using ImageJ/Fiji for microscope image processing and analysis

ImageJ is a very powerful public domain image processing and analysis program written in Java. It is freely available ( http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/ ) and used by many scientists all over the world to analyse their images. Fiji ( http://fiji.sc/Fiji ) is an ImageJ distribution focussed on the visualization and analysis of microscope images in 2D, 3D, 4D and 5D. The workshop will give a brief introductions on the use of ImageJ/Fiji and will be a mix of lecture, demonstration and hands-on session.

Please bring your own fully charged laptop with Fiji installed.
